Hello!
Welcome! Here is a little bit about me! My name is Mrs. Ruperto and I teach Kindergarten at Dawson Elementary. This is my 1st year at Dawson ISD. It is also my 1st year to teach. I am married. We do not have any kids, but we do have 2 dogs, who we treat like babies. I am over the moon excited about being here, and can not wait to see what the future holds.
We are having a great year so far. please remember to study sight words with your child every day. They will be assessed every Friday.

- Morning Warm-up (7:45)
- Reading/Vocabulary
- Phonics
- Centers/Intervention
- Science/Social Studies (switches every 3 weeks)
- Lunch- 11:00-11:30
- PE (M,W,F) Art (Tues.), Computer (Thurs.)
- Math
- Centers
- Recess (2:30-3:00)
- Dismissal 3:25

**Birthdays--You may send store bought cupcakes or individual packaged snacks or juice boxes if you would like and we will celebrate his or her day. We currently have 23 students.
THE SIGHT WORDS ARE POSTED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THIS PAGE. Keep practicing sight words at home. If your child loses their paper, please let me know so I can send another home.
